Cindy Petermann, MSN, GNP, APN joins the Anderson, SC Partners in Primary Care team after working in healthcare for more than 35 years. Her specialties include adult health and geriatrics.
Cindy earned her nursing degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. While enrolled, she received both the SHU Health Humanitarian Award and the Catherine Denning Award for merit. Additionally, she was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
After graduating, Cindy worked for many years as a critical cardiac nurse in a coronary care unit and in electrophysiology. She recently relocated from New Jersey to South Carolina.
Cindy says she feels most fulfilled when educating her patients, empowering them to improve their own health. She credits her success to taking the time to listen and acknowledge the uniqueness of each patient she sees.
When she’s not in the office, Cindy enjoys hiking, tennis, gardening, dancing, cooking, and reading. She has two children and one grandchild on the way.
