Kajuan Auld recently joined Partners in Primary Care as the Center Administrator, bringing over 16 years of experience working in the healthcare field.
Kajuan Auld graduated from the University of Missouri-KC with his Bachelor’s degree and then continued to Baker College of Graduate Studies where he completed his MBA in Healthcare Management.
Kajuan was inspired to join the healthcare industry as a result of his own personal experience growing up with his mother and grandmother who ran a healthcare facility and would often take him to work with them. Being able to witness firsthand the smiles that his mother and grandmother would receive from their patients, as well as the joy they felt from serving the community is what developed his strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. What Kajuan enjoys most about working in the healthcare industry is the ability to impact lives as a result of building string relationships with his patients and staff. He believes that their senior-focused approach and multidisciplinary care teamwork hand-in-hand to truly change healthcare for the better and ensure that every patient is receiving high quality care. Kajuan emphasizes the importance of developing the right relationship with his patients by taking the time to listen to their needs and concerns, so he can get to the root of really assessing what they need to be the healthiest versions of themselves.
When he’s not at the office, Kajuan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, as well as traveling on family vacations and playing basketball.
