Cassy joined Partners in Primary Care in 2019 as a Community Outreach Specialist, bringing over 4 years of experience within the healthcare field.
She graduated from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Cassy’s role as a Community Outreach Specialist allows her the opportunity to speak with potential patients and inform them of how the Partners’ care team can guide them throughout their healthcare journey. As the initial contact with new patients, Cassy enjoys being able to get to know them and see how their health continues improving over time, as they become happier and healthier individuals. Cassy ensures her patients are satisfied by taking the time to build an open relationship with them where they can feel comfortable talking to her about anything, as well as trusting her with their feedback on their patient experience. This helps her take note on where the center can improve and learn about what they are doing right, so they can continue working together to help patients throughout their healthcare journey.
When she’s not at the office, Cassy enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband at home.
