Flor Guebara joined Partners in Primary Care in 2019 as a Behavioral Health Specialist bringing over half a decade of experience working in the healthcare field.
She graduated from the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston with a Master’s of Social Work and is a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor.
Flor decided to pursue a career within the healthcare industry as a Clinical Social Worker because she strongly believes in the power of integrated healthcare and how our communities would benefit if they had access to comprehensive wellness services, including behavioral health services. What she enjoys most about working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Partners’ is being able to offer her patients a safe, welcoming space that allows her to get to know them and develop a relationship built on trust and respect. As she further connects with her patients, she’s able to offer them her direct support throughout their mental health journey while guiding them to reach their personal wellness goals. As a mental health advocate, Flor ensures patient satisfaction by listening to her patients and providing them with the best experience possible, as well as always being responsive to their healthcare needs.
When she’s not at the office, Flor enjoys spending quality time with her family friends, as well as visiting local farmers markets and traveling.
